Read the first chapter of The Night Visitor written by Nathan Larson.
Nathan Larson is a filmcomposer, producer, writer, rocker and very good friend of mine. He just published his second novel The Nervous System, the second part in a series of three.
Inspired by my music and polaroids he has written a short story that will leave you sleepless on dark November nights. It will be published chapter by chapter on my website through out the fall.
Just who he is, this is hazy. He resonates unhealthy and insane. Oh she is not a fool and has always been aware that just as the puppies and other children and lovely birds are drawn to her, so too are the shadows, so too is that which crawls on its belly. Occupants of benighted corners. The less appealing entities.
Breath against fabric, cheap, partially synthetic. Not sleeping. Or rather: feigning death.
Her logic is like this – if he thinks I’m dead, he might not see the point in killing me.
Hosted one of my favorite bands when they played at Webster Hall this weekend. Here’s me and Joey singing “Waiting For The Miracle” by Leonard Cohen

Here are some pictures by Andreas Dunsäter
After a 6 hour car ride, gas station coffee we got on a boat. Played a festival at Oscarsborg fortress, on a beautiful island just outside Droback. Magical place
Returned to Stockholm, another 6 hours on a sunny day. Played at Långholmen, just behind the old prison building. Shared the night with two great artists, Teitur and Melissa Horn.
